Can I change my order or get a refund?
Due to this being a drop based sale, we are unable to make any modifications to orders including changing colors, quantities, etc. As orders come in, shipping labels are purchased and printed to get them out ASAP. As noted on the site, all sales are final due to this reason.
What sizes do the mousepads come in?
We offer different sizes depending on the collection. We have Large which are 13"x11", XL which are 18"x16" and XXL which are 36"x18". All pads are 4 mm thick and have the same rubber backing and cloth top which is easy to clean.Â
Will mouse pads from previous drops be available again?
This all depends. Each drop we evaluate many things including demand, color requests and involving new creators. So, the only answer we can give is a Maybe :)
Are Tech Treads pads OEM or ODM?
Our manufacturer that we have partnered with uses their own ODM pad that is cut and stitched to our specifications for all three sizes.Â
Shipping
When will I get my mousepad?
after you place your order, you will get a confirmation email. Within 1-5 days after that please check your email for another email with Shipping Confirmation and in that email will be a link to your tracking number. Expect 3-5 days for delivery in US and 1-2 weeks for International orders after it has been scanned in. For Pro-Line orders, please allow 3-5 days for printing/packaging to receive your email with Shipping Confirmation.
What is Customs/Duties?
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes. The recipient (you) of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are determined once a shipment reaches the recipient's (you) country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by you the customer as Tech Tread has no control over these charges, nor be able to predict what they may be at time of order.Â
Can there be delays on International Shipments?
Yes it is possible. Once the package reaches the destination country, it is then handed off to the that countries Customs. Due to Covid-19 impacts, we have seen some delays for the packages to clear Customs in some countries and this is completely out of our control. Once it is cleared through Customs the package is then handed off to the destination countries local postal service.
